Below is a copy of the communication sent via TeX to all connected parties in relation to the new connection details for Investment Fund Services Limited.
Further to previous communications (TeX Bulletin MC390) , we have been informed by Investment Fund Services (IFSL) that the revised date for the migration of the funds to SS&C will be 4th August 2025.
Their new solution provider is now Equisoft. They are also moving their transfer agency administration to SS&C.
Please see the table below for the list of the effected Tex Registrations and the new Business Entity BIC/SWIFT DN details.
Please ensure that action is taken to update the necessary data within your electronic transfers solution with effect from the above date and time.
If you already have a connection for electronic transfers with SS&C administered Fund Managers, you will be able to submit electronic transfers with Investment Fund Services Limited from live date providing you have set up the necessary configuration data on your electronic transfers solution. SS&C do not require a request to set up this connection on their electronic transfers solution.
