JPM UK SDR Changes

Effective Date: 27th March 2025

Please be informed of the change of name to the Funds to replace “Sustainable” with “ESG”. These changes are being made to comply with new regulatory rules – UK Sustainability Disclosure Requirements.

The affected funds are :

                             JPM Emerging Markets Sustainable Equity Fund

                             JPM Europe (ex-UK) Sustainable Equity Fund

                             JPM Global Sustainable Equity Fund

                             JPM US Sustainable Equity Fund

                             JPM Global Macro Sustainable Fund
