FUND MERGER –UK Total Return Fund into UK Special Situations Fund

On 6 January 2021, Ninety One Fund Managers UK Limited issued a circular to shareholders in the UK Total Return Fund, together with a notice of an EGM regarding the proposed merger of the UK Total Return Fund into UK Special Situations Fund. This merger was approved by shareholders at the EGM held on 10 February 2021.

No contract notes will be sent confirming the merger transactions but a confirmation letter will be sent to shareholders within ten business days of the merger and details of the number of shares which were held in the Ninety One UK Total Return Fund together with the number of new shares allocated in the Ninety One UK Special Situations Fund will be available to view via Distributor Online (‘DOLR’) after pricing on 1 March 2021. IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: For investors who hold the accumulation share class type, any available income will be accumulated within the UK Total Return Fund and reflected in the value of those shares. This value, including any income, will be used to calculate the number of new shares issued to you in the UK Special Situations Fund. Tax vouchers, if applicable, will also be sent to investors in both the accumulation and income share classes by 25 April 2021.
