SPW Regional Funds:

SPW Asia ex Japan & Global Emerging Markets Equity Fund – Scheme of Arrangement completed

SPW European ex UK Equity Fund – Scheme of Arrangement completed

SPW Japanese Equity Fund – Scheme of Arrangement completed

SPW North American Equity Fund - Scheme of Arrangement completed

Following approval by shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on 12 September 2024, the funds were merged into SPW Global (ex UK) Equity Fund on 5 October 2024.

The following conversion rates were applied to calculate the shares in the SPW Global (ex UK) Equity Fund:

All shares have been converted as Group 1 and were priced at £1 per share.

Income Distribution - as set out in the Circular, the last accounting period of SPW Regional Funds ended at midday on 4th October 2024.  Income accrued to that point will be distributed as soon as is reasonably practicable and no later than 4th December 2024
