Account information
Details of your new account numbers and agent codes will be communicated via email. Where possible agent codes have remained the same. The change is effective from 24th June 2024 and the new details should be used from this date onwards.
Secure Distributor Portal Reporting
The new accounts and agent codes will need to be linked to the Secure Distributor Portal in order to receive reports. To arrange this please complete a linking form available here. Account numbers will be circulated approximately two weeks before the live date. Our deadline for the return of linking forms is 17th June 2024.
Please note that any forms received after the deadline and not in good order will not have online reporting available on day 1. Guidance on how to complete the forms can be found on the link above.
Trading information
Trading with SS&C will commence at 8 a.m. on Monday, June 24th. It’s important to ensure that trades submitted from this point quote your new unitholder and agent details. Agent codes are mandatory for Calastone and EMX trading.
