To be able to view account information on Secure Distributor Portal we will require

• Secure Distributor Portal Recipient Creation
• Secure Distributor Portal User Setup form

New Recipient:

Please complete a Secure Distributor Portal Recipient Creation Form.

If the account/agent name you are requesting to be linked differs to the Recipient Organisation Name on Secure Distributor Portal then you will also need to provide a Secure Distributor Portal Authority Form and an up-to-date signature list attached to the email.

Existing Recipient:

You can submit up to 5 linking requests within the body of an email to DCS@sscinc.com for multiple fund groups using the Secure Distributor Portal Linking Request Email Template (requests will be rejected if the relevant information is not provided);

If more than 5 accounts/agent to be linked please use the Secure Distributor Portal linking request Form and attach to the email. 

If the accounts name you are requesting to be linked differs to the Recipient Organisation Name on Secure Distributor Portal then you will also need to provide a Secure Distributor Portal Authority Form and an up-to-date signature list attached to the email.

Once an account has been linked reporting will start from the end of the following business day.

Access to reports is via the Secure Portal and will require each user to login with their own e-mail address and password. In order to set users up please complete the Secure Distributor Portal User Setup Form. Each user will be sent an email to complete the sign-up process and assign their password. Please note: Group email addresses are not permitted and may be deleted when identified.
