In order to complete your request please submit the below Secure Distributor Portal linking form and Letter of Authority.

Secure Distributor Portal Linking form D

Required to show the Accounts you wish to be linked to the Recipient ID

Secure Distributor Portal Authority Form D

Only required if data is being sent to an entity that is not the Manco themself 

Secure Distributor Portal User Setup form

Required to create individual user access to the reported data in the Secure Distributor Portal (https://secure.distributorportal.co.uk). This is not required if users already have access.

Please Note

  • The Linking form should be submitted in Excel format

  • The Secure Distributor Portal Authority needs to be submitted on the Fund Group company letter head 

  • Both the linking form and Secure Distributor Portal authority must be submitted together

  • The Secure Distributor Portal Authority will also need submitting with any future requests stating that it is still valid and authorised
