abrdn Merger Migration 06/10/2023

On 6^th October 2023 LF abrdn Income Focus Fund will merge into the abrdn UK Income Equity Fund administered by SS&C. The share class mapping is below.

Account information

Where possible holdings will be merged into an existing abrdn Fund Managers Limited (“abrdn”) account administered by SS&C. If there was not an existing account on our records, a new account has been created.

If the existing account is linked to Secure Distributor Portal reporting, you will be able to view the Sale transaction placed to reflect your merged holdings from 9^th October 2023.

Account details are being issued via email to clients with an active holding the in the donor funds.

If you have received new account number(s), please ensure you arrange to link the account(s) to our Secure Distributor Portal reporting. Linking requests will be processed in the usual manner and details on how to link your accounts can be found on https://www.distributorportal.co.uk/documents-guides/secure-distributor-portal/linking-guide.

Dealing information

From 9^th October 2023, trading via EMX and CTN will need to be submitted using the existing abrdn details administered by SS&C.  Please see the EMX details below.
