We, Royal London Unit Trust Managers Limited, as Authorised Corporate Director (“ACD”) of the Scheme are writing to inform you of changes to the Royal London Cash Plus Fund and Royal London Enhanced Cash Plus Fund (each a “Fund” and together the “Funds”). Details of the proposed changes are set out below for you as a shareholder in either or both of the Funds. Please see the list of all impacted ISINs in Appendix One.

Although the changes do not require shareholder approval and this document does not request or require that you take any action, we do recommend that you read this letter.

We are required to give you notice of the changes, and this letter constitutes that notice.

Changes to the names of the Funds

With effect from 14 March 2022 (the “Effective Date”), the Funds will be renamed as follows:

  The ACD considers that the new names will provide greater clarity to shareholders of the investment.
