DCS Email addresses will be updated on 11 September 2025.
From this date, emails sent from us will drop the uk. prefix from the existing domain and will show as @sscinc.com going forward.
Emails sent to the old domain (@uk.sscinc.com) will continue to be routed to the relevant mailbox and we will issue the usual ticket creation confirmation.
Emails sent to the new domain before 11 September will not create a ticket and will not be responded to.
