Fundrock - Elite Balanced Trust to Volare Balanced Fund Scheme of Arrangement

On 2^nd February 2024, Fundrock Partners Limited for LGT Wealth Management migrated the Elite Balanced Trust into the existing FP Volare Balanced Fund administered by SS&C. The share class mapping is shown below.

Account information

Where possible holdings will be merged into an existing Fundrock Volare account administered by SS&C. If there is was not an existing account on our records, a new account will be created.

If the existing account is linked to Secure Distributor Portal reporting, you will be able to view the Re-Registration transaction placed to reflect your merged holdings from 5^th February 2024.

Account details will be issued via email to clients with an active holding the in the donor funds.

If you receive new account number(s), please ensure you arrange to link the account(s) to Secure Distributor Portal reporting. Dealing information

From 5^th February 2024 trading via EMX and Calastone will need to be submitted using the existing FundRock LGT Volare details administered by SS&C. Please see the EMX details below.
