IFSL Church House Human Capital Fund F share-class Soft Closure

Further to the recent communication to our investors confirming that IFSL Church House Human Capital Fund Class F Accumulation and IFSL Church House Human Capital Fund Class F Income will soft close.

On 10 October 2025, we are soft closing this share-class. This means new investors will no longer be able to buy this share-class. Instead, they will buy the new B share-class, which will launch on 10 October 2025. We are taking this step because the founder period is now coming to an end.

Existing investors in the F share-classes will be able to continue to hold these shares and top up their investments by buying more F class shares.
