Investment Fund Services Limited - Agent Codes

Following the migration of IFSL to SS&C on Monday 4th August 2025, communication was issued advising that trades should be processed using an 8-digit Agent ID code, rather than the previous 10-digit code. This should be achieved by removing of the last two digits from the old 10- digit code).

 

Some trades are still being submitted using the old 10-digit code which are causing system issues. Please note that, effective Monday 1st December 2025, any trades submitted with the old 10-digit Agent ID will be rejected.
