Please be informed that JP Morgan have recently issued a website notice explaining that Declaration of Non-Dealing days for JPMorgan Fund ICVC, JPMorgan Fund II ICVC and JPMorgan Fund III ICVC.
The Prospectuses have been updated to reflect that the Authorised Corporate Director (the “ACD”) may declare non-dealing days on a day or days on which any exchange or market on which a substantial portion of a Fund’s investments are traded is closed; and other days at the ACD’s discretion.
