M&G: ECBF to SCOR Merger 09.06.2023
Please be aware that following a successful Shareholder vote at an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) which took place on 17th of May 2023, we will be merging the M&G European Corporate Bond Fund into the M&G Strategic Corporate Bond fund on the 9th of June 2023. If you choose to continue to invest in this fund, details of the changes will be sent to you including a copy of the Circular that was sent to Shareholders to ask them to vote on the changes prior to the Meeting. You do not need to take any action but we recommend that you read the information carefully.
