Please be advised the Secure Distributor Portal linking process is changing
From the 5th October 2026 you can submit up to 5 linking requests within the body of an email to DCS@sscinc.com for multiple fund groups, there will be a Secure Distributor Portal Linking Request Email Template that will be available on the Distributor Portal (requests will be rejected if the relevant information is not provided).
If more than 5 linking requests there will be a Secure Distributor Portal linking request form which needs to be attached to the email.
If the account name you are requesting to be linked differs to the Recipient Organisation Name on Secure Distributor Portal then you will also need to provide a Secure Distributor Portal Authority Form and an up-to-date signature list attached to the email.
We have also created a new form for setting up a new recipient called Secure Distributor Portal Recipient Creation and there is a tab for linking requests for the new recipient.
The Distributor Portal Page Distributor Portal - Linking Guide will be updated on the live date and the old process will still be accepted until the 2nd November 2026.
