SPW Changes to Multi-Manager Global High Income & Emerging Markets Bond Fund.

On 22 July 2024, we wrote to shareholders in SPW Multi-Manager Global High Income & Emerging Markets Bond Fund to tell them about important changes we were proposing to make. Shareholders were sent a Circular and a Form of Proxy and asked to submit their vote using the form(s) provided.

The changes to the fund were approved by its shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on 09 August 2024.
