On 30th June 2025, we wrote to shareholders in SPW Dynamic Portfolio to tell them we were proposing to merge the fund into SPW Progressive Portfolio. Shareholders were sent a Circular and a Form of Proxy and asked to submit their vote using the form(s) provided.
The resolution was approved by shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on 29th August 2025.

Dealing in the donor share classes (as detailed below), will be suspended after the 12:00 VP on 11th September 2025 to allow holdings to be merged into the host share classes (as detailed below) on the 12th September 2025.
