SPW European ex UK Equity Fund
SPW Japanese Equity Fund
SPW North American Equity Fund
On 27 August 2024, we wrote to shareholders in the above funds to tell them we were proposing to merge the funds into SPW Global (ex UK) Equity Fund. Shareholders were sent a Circular and a Form of Proxy and asked to submit their vote using the form(s) provided. The resolutions were approved by shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs) held on 12 September 2024.
The merger will be completed on 05 October 2024. Details can be found here.
Dealing in the donor share classes will be suspended after the 12:00 VP on 03 October 2024 to allow the holdings in the donor share classes to be merged into the host share classes as detailed in the below table.
