Thesis Unit Trust Management Limited - Oberon Investments Sponsor Launch
With effect from 3rd March 2025, Oberon Investments will be launched as a new sponsor under Thesis Unit Trust Management Limited. The Oberon Investment funds were previously a selection of CRUX Asset Management funds which were rebranded back in November 2024. The full fund range can be found below.

Account information
The transaction type Re-Registration will be used to transfer your holdings.
For any existing accounts where you hold the Lansdowne Partner Fund and the Oberon Investments funds you will be allocated a new unitholder id for the Oberon Investment funds only.
Details of your new account numbers will be communicated via email. The change is effective from 3rd March 2025 and the new details should be used from this date onwards. Agent codes and Client IDs have remained the same.
Account set up
Coverall, Dealing and Distribution mandates have all been carried over to your new account.
Secure Distributor Portal Reporting
Any new accounts created will be linked to your current Secure Distributor Portal recipient as they were previously for the CRUX funds
Trading information
Trading under Oberon Investments will commence from 8am 3rd March 2025. It’s important to ensure trades submitted from this point quote your new unitholder and agent details. Agent codes are mandatory for Calastone and EMX trading.
