M&G Coverall Form

The M&G Renunciation and Indemnity form is to be signed by 2 authorised signatories to sign indemnities on behalf of the company. The following are required to be sent with the coverall form:
  • Memorandum of Association
  • Articles of Association
  • Certificate of Incorporation

  • Up-to-date signatories list with accompanying board resolution appointing the signatories.

Coverall Form

There are two main types of Renunciation and Settlement Coverall Agreement which you can request.

Important!

Please supply an Authorised Signatory List with all coverall requests.
Once setup you will need to submit an updated coverall form to make any changes to the details held in any existing agreements.
